Fee Structure
While most real estate companies charge a five or six percent
listing fee, we choose to apply a four percent fee. We pay the selling
office 2.5 percent and retain only 1.5 percent in order to maximize
your profits. We offer full service real estate including every
thing you expect from a traditional real estate company: MLS input,
open houses, broker tours, web site, internet advertising, home
brochure and much more.
Staging
Not only due we offer full service at a lower list fee we will help
you stage your home to maximize your profits. This service is included
in our list fee. Staging is not decorating but depersonalizing your
home in a way to appeal to more people. If your home is vacant we
will furnish the main room with no additional charge.
